Working in the treetops...

Bob's been monkeying around [that's him at the top of the ladder safely tied on] the fire station recently and much appreciation goes out to him for all his hard work and building to getting our new hose-hanger well on the way to completed. Only a few more bits and it'll be ready to use.

Not that we're inundated with wet hoses just now mind, but soon it'll be there when we need it.

Call-out in the rain...

Bucketty 9 + crew attended an MVA in Laguna this afternoon when a small 4WD rolled on a hairpin dirt road off Watagan Creek Rd. Thankfully the occupant was not seriously injured and was able to free himself. The area was made safe and road closed then we waited with the driver to get a lift out of there before heading off back to station and out of the rain.

Big ups to Pete & Bob

A huge day of work from Bob & Pete fixed up the start of our driveway beautifully.

From a big crater, via a few tip-loads in Pete's trusty tipper and with some top hand-tool work on the way [ guys you're excused from rake-hoe lines for the next few weeks :) ] to a nice safe drive off from the hard-stand onto the driveway without the punishing bungee drop into the pot-holes!

Great job guys, well done and an awesome effort.

Love ya work.....
